Amend 15-12-7.  Relating to compensation of court bailiffs and expense allowance for jurors to be fixed by grand jury and increases.  The compensation of court bailiffs in the superior courts of such counties for the next succeeding year, such compensation not to be less than $25.00 nor to exceed $85.00 per diem.  The same compensation shall be allowed to bailiffs of the several state courts and special courts as is allowed bailiffs in the superior court of the county in which the state or special court is located.
